In ancient Hawaii, in a time when written language did not exist, the Hula and Oli (chants) played an important role in keeping the Hawaiian history, myth and genealogy alive. Hale Moolelo, a spacious outdoor bar inspired by the art of storytelling. Seven handcrafted cocktails, each of which is tied to a moolelo, or story, about Maui will be paired with ono local cuisine. A space where people come together, where stories are told, where performances take place, and where the dining experience merges with culture.
