The Greenwich Hotel is located in one of New York City’s most desirable downtown neighborhoods, at the corner of Greenwich Street and North Moore Street in TriBeCa - in close proximity to Soho, West Village, and easy access to uptown.

The common areas of the Greenwich set the tone for craftsmanship throughout. In the lobby, leaded glass windows and reclaimed beams create a comfortable setting right as you walk through our doors. The guest only Drawing Room featuring a wood-burning fireplace is the perfect place to host a casual meeting or an intimate lunch. French doors lead to a small courtyard, where guests can dine beneath latticed vines and enjoy the greenery.

The hotel has 88 rooms, of which no two are alike. The furnishings draw from a wide range of cultural influences - from the hand-loomed Tibetan silk rugs to the patterns of Moroccan tile. Rooms have Savoir beds, oak floors, soaking tubs, 10 ft ceilings and small libraries.

The amenities and services are as well considered as the design. Houseguests can opt for in-room check-in, newspapers delivered daily, and enjoy stocked complimentary minibar items of their choice.

Additionally, the Greenwich offers a full array of amenities that sophisticated travelers have come to expect. This includes Smart TV's, Wifi, and a range of Red Flower bath products developed especially for the hotel.

There are 13 suites, some with saunas, others with working fireplaces. Duplex Penthouses conceived as artist ateliers have soaring 30-foot skylights, chef’s kitchens, two master bedrooms, stone fireplaces, and offices with separate entrances. Each can be expanded to up to five bedrooms.

Our Shibui spa features a shiatsu room; a traditional bathing room with a large tub for Japanese bathing rituals, a wet room for wraps and scrubs and finally a treatment room where massages as well as manicures, pedicures and facial treatments are offered.

The fitness room is more than 1000 square feet. Its design has been integrated to fit the concept of Shibui, serenity, with old hemlock floors and hidden lights, coupled with the most state-of-the-art equipment. Trainers are always available.

Shibui is home to our lantern-lit swimming pool and lounge under the roof of a 250-year old wood and bamboo farmhouse, reconstructed in the hotel, by Japanese craftsmen. Guests can relax by the pool and enjoy light spa fare, or a glass of sake.

Locanda Verde is our neighborhood Italian taverna serving celebrated chef Andrew Carmellini’s soul-satisfying riffs on Italian cooking. It's airy, bustling, and easy-going: a comfortable, light-flooded place open from dawn to late night.

Claim a spot in the cafe for a great cappuccino and one of our irresistible pastries, or brunch feast; relax over lunch at a sunny table by the window, outside; meet friends for a cocktail or an Italian beer and a snack at our bar; or settle into the banquets for a leisurely dinner, perhaps with a bottle of wine from our wide-ranging Italian list.
