Food Network Exclusive Red Carpet Bon Voyage Party
Each guest will arrive like a star via red carpet and have a photo taken with Cat Cora and Aarón Sanchez as they enter the private party. Appetizers consisting of Food Network favorite recipes will be passed by ship's staff and Food Network inspired cocktails will be served in addition to a full bar. Stunning sea views will be the back drop as we begin our journey and make new friends.
Cooking Class A: Dumplings & Potstickers
Whether you call them dumplings, potstickers or gyozas, everyone loves a great dumpling. Learn how easy it is to make your own using simple, everyday ingredients along with zesty dipping sauces. With an endless variety of fillings made from meat to seafood to vegetables, there's a dumpling for everyone. And they're fun to make too!
Cooking Class B: Crostini & Truffles
Want to impress your guests with elegant bites but without the fuss? Crostini or "little toasts" are the perfect hors d'oeuvres for entertaining: they're easy, beautiful and the combinations are endless. Learn how to make an assortment of toppings and the art of mix-and-matching to create different and delicious crunchy nibbles your guests can savor. As a bonus, a chocolate truffle party!
Cooking Demonstration with Iron Chef Cat Cora
Cat will conduct a fun cooking demonstration on stage for all Food Network guests. After, ship's staff will offer tastings of Cat's recipe.
Caribbean Cocktails at the Lawn Club
This very casual dinner event is sure to be one of the many highlights of the inaugural Food Network cruise. Imagine a private party on a half acre lawn 12 stories above the sea! Live usic, Caribbean themed cocktails and BBQ stations featuring Food Network favorite recipes will be readily available as you walk the lawn, meet new friends and maybe even a dance or two - all while enjoying views of San Juan Puerto Rico.
Exclusive Food Network Reception
After an exciting day in St. Thomas US Virgin Islands Food Network guests will be invited to come together to socialize at a private Reception as we continue our journey to St. Maarten. Guests will enjoy special culinary stations featuring Food Network creations and of course a open bar! Bon appétit!
Cooking Demonstration with Aarón Sánchez of Chefs vs. City:
Aarón will conduct an entertaining cooking demonstration on stage for all Food Network guests. After, ship's staff will offer tastings of Aarón's recipe.
The Competition is On!...Battle of the Cruise Line Chefs (All Food Network guests):
Competition event modeled after "Iron Chef America" with teams comprised of chefs from the ship's different specialty restaurants. Judged by Iron Chef Cat Cora, Aarón Sánchez, & Special Judges.
