Michelle was my step-mom and a primary role model for more than 44 years of my life. I cannot even begin to describe the positive impact this fabulous woman had on my life, or the love and the laughter we have shared during these many years. She will always be with me through my many memories of her, and through the blessings she continues to bring to my life through her two beautiful daughters - my two half-sisters - and their families.

It has been one of my great joys to have known and to have worked for Michelle Morgan and the Signature Travel organization as their financial advisor. She will be remembered as someone you never get tired seeing. I always looked forward to our quarterly investment meetings both in the good times and bad. She was a truly unique client and I considered her my friend.

Michelle & I go back to the days at Ask Mr Foster Travel and would often joke about those good old days of our industry. She achieved so much and had come so far from those humble days but always remained the woman of grace. Your spirit and grace will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew you & you will be missed often. May you rest in peace.

We were each touched, if not blessed, from CEO's to Front Line Sales, by Michelle's dinamic, if not driven leadership. May that wonderful leader of us all, be a peace. Thank you Michelle, for your strong leadership. You in fact set the bar for all. Thank you.

Michelle was a dynamic leader and a motivating mentor in my professional life for the past 18 years. On Behalf of Avis Rent A Car, I would like to express our deepest sorrow at the passing of Michelle. Her innate ability to bring together agencies from around the country and unite them in a common goal of bringing the very best to their customers is to be admired. Michelle will be greatly missed, but her memory, legacy and the foundation of Signature Travel Network will live on forever.

George Delan0y, LT President, 1987-1995

At Bob Joselyn's recommendation, the Leisure Tours Board interviewed Michelle for the Executive Director's job -- and we all were duly impressed with her prior accomplishments and the positive "can do" attitude which we needed in our new leader. We had only one reservation: Not having been involved with company finances in her previous jobs, she hardly knew the difference between a Balance Sheet and Income Statement. When we mentioned this to Bob, his immediate response was, "You should be more concerned with her ability to IMPACT your financial statements rather than her ability to READ them". How prophetic Bob was! Michelle not only understood future financial statements, but IMPACTED them in driving the entire organization to new and positive records every succeding year. Perhaps even more important was the personal, immeasurable impact she had on so many of us. We miss you dearly!
