Located in the historical cashier hall of this 100-year-old building, The Bank Brasserie presents a varied menu and exceptional dining experience in a warm atmosphere. A stunning restaurant and a centrepiece of the Hotel, The Bank Brasserie offers its own entrance from Bognergasse.
The Bank Brasserie focuses on brasserie classics, using sustainable locally sourced products, well researched and served freshly prepared. The open show kitchen allows diners to watch and follow the chefs preparing tasty menus using products provided by small villages around Vienna.
The Chefs Table, located between the two show kitchens, serves a family style menu for up to eight diners, prepared and served with personal care by the chef de cuisine. The show pastry offers mouthwatering selections of local breads, Viennese pastries and perfectly baked cakes, made to satisfy the sweet tooth of our guests.
The Bank Brasserie provides a Private Dining Room for up to 12 persons, offering an exclusive atmosphere for business or private occasions. The Bank Brasserie serves daily buffet breakfast, a daily changing Plat du Jour menu, à la carte lunch and dinner, served with corresponding Austrian wines. An outstanding and unique concept is provided with the "Wiener Gabelfrühstück" where small bites are presented to all guests who like to sleep in on a Sunday.
The Bank Bar presents specially created international premium cocktails based on sensorial and optical associations with the former cashier hall and materials like wood, leather, metal and copper - reminiscent of a time when the building used to be a bank.
