Also on the ground level, Thompson Palm Springs will house a brand new Mediterranean concept from Los Angeles-based power duo Marissa & Matt Hermer, whose Boujis Group is known for its cult-followed classics: Issima, Olivetta and The Draycott.

HALL Napa Valley

Owners Craig & Kathryn Hall will also be bringing a touch of Napa Valley to Palm Springs through their HALL Napa Valley tasting room featuring selections from their family of wines; HALL, WALT, and BACA. The indoor/outdoor tasting room will mirror the design and styling of Thompson Palm Springs with an additional collection of artworks sourced by Virginia Shore. A nod to HALL Wine’s opulent Rutherford Chandelier Room, the entrance will mimic a cave-like model as guests and locals venture to taste the award-winning wines.

Lola Rose Grand Mezze

Lola Rose Grand Mezze will feature a delectable menu of Levantine-inspired cuisine offering an array of spreads, greens, grains, charred meats, and fresh Pacific fish, from the mind of new Executive Chef, Quentin Garcia. Boasting a seamless indoor/outdoor experience, Lola Rose will open to the main pool deck, outfitted with luxurious cabanas and an adjacent full-service bar. Both a destination for relaxation and conversation, Lola Rose will encourage sharing, experimentation and a leisurely attitude while offering guests eclectic programming and stunning views of downtown juxtaposed against the beautiful desert landscape. Chef Quentin and Lola Rose will also feed into in-room, lounge, poolside and group dining.
