Private Dining Areas
What is a private dining experience?
It is a custom dining experience. Our team of service professionals set your table in a unique location around the property where yours will be the only table in that location for the evening. Choices of locations vary depending on the weather but currently include: Upper Deck Poolside, Lower Deck Poolside, Stargazing terrace, Wine cellar*
You can consult with Chef Kuylen to design your menu for the evening or simply allow it to be a culinary surprise. The dinner is four-course and your private dining room will be adorned with candles or torches as well as a private local musician.
Private fantasy dining carries a small additional cost and we strongly recommend advance reservations

The La Ceiba Restaurant offers elegant indoor and relaxed outdoor seating. Executive chef, Sean
Kuylen focuses on taking local cuisine and adding a modern flair to create unique, sumptuous
dishes reflective of the multiple regions of Belize and that are able to please the most discerning
palates. Fresh ingredients from the resort’s organic garden and an extensive wine selection from the private cellar accentuate the distinct flavours and pair well with every dish
Wine Cellar
Ka’ana boasts the largest wine cellar in Western Belize.
We are constantly on the lookout for unusual and fine wines and the cellar selection never stands still for long. Supply lines to Belize are somewhat challenging and we are careful to use shippers and handlers who we know are storing and handling bottles with “baby like” care.
To ensure guests are exposed to the cellar, our management team welcome all new guests on their first night of arrival with a “Craboo” tasting. Craboo is a quality Belizean liqueur and whilst Belize does not make world-class wines it does make other highly palatable and memorable beverage products
