Our mixologists reconnect with nature to surprise you with perfectly balanced cocktails, that are infused with the ancient power and wisdom of Bohemian mythology.

ZEM

In the hotel there is an exclusive restaurant ZEM with a separate street-entrance. Its name is inspired by the earth as a source of livelihood for fauna and flora, which it celebrates through culinary art.

ZEM is an avant-garde Czech bistronomy, juxtaposing the aesthetics of Prague´s traditional coffee houses with 1920s retro-futuristic Czech art, literature and engineering. The menu is a creative blend of Czech produce with occasional hints of Japanese flavors, crafted from a theatrical kitchen stage of charcoal and steam.

It has an innovative concept that will appeal to sophisticated guests who like to taste gastronomy at the highest level and a unique atmosphere. It is intended not only for hotel guests, but especially for local clients. It also includes a separate private dining room – a space with large windows, full of light.
