Ramón Freixa Restaurant
In the garden, accessed through a glass cube, is the entrance to the restaurant Ramón Freixa, for which the chef was awarded two Michelin stars. The successful restaurant’s menu lists seasonal dishes that have earned awards and recognitions, as its tomato textures in summer or its truffle dishes in winter. Not to be missed is the duck burger with green mustard ice cream, just one of the many “must” dishes. You can also sample the “Nací en el Mediterráneo” (I was born in the Mediterranean) menu of rices, designed to eat light, fast and affordable on weekdays. It is ideal for business lunches.
