Directions from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol to Sofitel The Grand Amsterdam:
Take the A4 to Utrecht/Haarlem/Amsterdam. Take the exit A10/E22 toward Ring Amsterdam/Zaanstad/Leeuwarden. At exit S110, turn right. This is the Amsteldijk, turn left at the T-junction at the bridge. This is the Stadhouderskade; follow this road until you come to the Heineken Brewery on your left, then turn right and go straight over the roundabout. At the end of the street, follow the road to the left on the Muntplein. Turn right at Rederij Kooij and drive straight through the narrow street (Lange Burgsteeg), turning left over the bridge. You will find the entrance of Sofitel Amsterdam The Grand after about 100 metres.
From Rail Station, Amsterdam Central Station
Take the main exit towards the Dam Square. On the Dam Square, turn left into the Damstraat . when you have crossed the first bridge, turn right. You will find the entrance of Sofitel Amsterdam The Grand after about 10 metres.
From Subway / Tube, Nieuwmarkt Station
Take the metro to Nieuwmarkt. From there, take the exit on the Hoogstraat towards the Dam. Turn left before the third bridge, into the Oudezijds Voorburgwal. You will find the entrance of Sofitel Amsterdam The Grand after about 10 metres.
