Our In-Room Dining menu offers a selection of our finest cuisine for you to take pleasure in the privacy and comfort of your own room. A sample of our all day menu consists of Bistro Salad, Dim Sum, Smoked Salmon Flat Bread, Applewood Smoked Chicken Club Sandwich, Pork Tenderloin, Baked BC Salmon, AAA Alberta New York Steak, Roasted Rack of Lamb and Thai Curry Spiced Prawns plus much more.

Other services available from In-Room Dining include: Afternoon Tea, Castle Pizza, Reception Menu Packages, Packed Lunches and Picnic Baskets and Room Gifts.

  • Full service: 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
  • Night Hawk service available from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. - from the Pantry, a selection of gourmet foods, sandwiches, salads, beverages and pastries.

With breathtaking views, Afternoon Tea at The Fairmont Banff Springs offers 12 of our finest loose leaf teas accompanied by delectable pastries and finger sandwiches for the time honored traditionalist. The Rundle Lounge climbs even higher with its exclusive Matcha Martini, shaken not steeped for the modern tea aficionado.
