The innovative cafe TOO brings casual dining to a higher level of creativity. Seven cooking theatres, each featuring a different culinary style, are showcases for the best of international cuisine as well as stages for the chefs' engaging performances.

Island Gourmet

The 30-seat Island Gourmet is a patisserie, which serves home-made and contemporary cakes, chocolates, pastries and savories, as well as a light lunch menu and afternoon tea.

Lobby Lounge

A relaxing place to meet, socialize or enjoy afternoon tea with a view of the 130-year old banyan tree. In the evening, refreshing cocktails are served whilst a pianist entertains.

Lobster Bar and Grill

Guests can enjoy an evening cocktail at the Lobster Bar and Grill, which showcases an innovative dining menu and a vibrant social ambience. The bar features jazz performances six nights a week.

Nadaman

Since 1830, the famous group of restaurants known as Nadaman has been treating discerning diners in Japan to fine Kaiskei cuisine. Here in Hong Kong, Shangri-La had the privilege of creating the first Nadaman outside of Japan, and the elegant presentation and delicate tastes that comprise this historic dining tradition have attracted patrons ever since.

Restaurant Petrus

Commanding breathtaking views of Hong Kong’s world-famous harbour, Restaurant Petrus epitomizes excellence in fine French cuisine. It has an exclusive wine cellar which features a premium collection of Chateau Petrus and an extensive list (over 1520 choices) of some of the best vintages from famous Chateaux.

Summer Palace

At the Michelin-starred Summer Palace, the best Cantonese cuisine is presented with chef specialties and seasonal favorites. Yum Char or Dim Sum is available for daily lunch with a selection of favorites.
