Didier Robin, chef of the restaurant, is a fan of the cuisine made from Norman farm products. He works rigorously with the best producers of the region, as well as the gardeners of the castle in order to select for his kitchen the best of the vegetable garden among the herbs, fruits and vegetables that compose it. The menu changes with the seasons and offers gourmet cuisine "land and sea", inspired by the traditional and regional recipes to which Didier Robin adds his touch of creativity. To this demanding kitchen is associated a wine cellar composed of the best wines selected by our sommelier. The restaurant is open at lunchtime for special occasions, family meals, business lunch, group, etc. Anxious to protect the environment, the restaurant offers its customers honey from its own hives, used in cooking and otherwise available for sale.
