Amid surroundings that evoke visions of two (or three) martini deal closing lunches or post trial celebration feasts of Chicago’s mid-century power brokers, the swell curves and swank wood panels of Cherry Circle Room are being put to work - or make that play - in our own creative take on familiar regional fine dining classics, including table-side presentations of the finest cuts. Executive Chef Peter Coenen’s rustic yet refined menu gets creative with familiar regional classics at this fine dining restaurant, while one of Chicago’s star barmen, Paul McGee, elevates the cocktail program with classic recipes and table-side cocktail service. Both are in cahoots with the award-winning creative minds of Chicago’s own Land and Sea Dept., purveyors of Longman & Eagle, beloved for its distinctively American farm-to-table, nose-to-tail ethos.
