Guests can dine at any of the four delectable restaurants or enjoy 24 hour private dining: Lagoon, set over the water facing Mount Otemanu and the sunset, is the Resort's signature fine dining restaurant, French and Asian influenced.

Bamboo sublimates fresh-caught local seafood with delicate flair in the only dedicated Japanese restaurant in Bora Bora.

Farniente Ristorante pays hommage to Italy's flavorful produce with a subtle emphasis on comfort food with elegance.

Te Pahu Restaurant is the Resort's Breakfast Restaurant in a refined beach setting. The Resort's weekly Polynesian Evening on Wednesdays also takes place here with a Tahitian Tamure dance show under the stars.

Aparima Bar

Centrally located next to Te Pahu Restaurant, Aparima Bar is the place to be for a leisurely day of relaxation between the Main Beach and Main Pool. Guests may indulge in the tropically seductive Cocktail list including the Bar Manager's inventive Cocktail of the Day. A flavorful menu, ideal for a quick, light or late lunch is served in a casual setting at the swim up bar or in the comfortable lounge area. Aparima Bar is open daily from 11:30am until evening as an informal dinner option. No reservations required. No dress code during the day, resort casual at night.

Bamboo Restaurant

Mouthwatering fresh caught fish and seafood are delicately prepared in the Art of Sushi's purest tradition at Sushi Take Restaurant. An extensive sake and Japanese beer list complements a varied menu mixing classic sushi favorites with the Chef's own creations as well as hot food and meat options. Bamboo is open on Monday, Thursday, Fridays and Sundays from 6pm until 9:30pm. Terrace dining available, reservations recommended. Dress code is resort casual.

Farniente Ristorante

With a subtle interpretation of comfort food executed with gastronomic flair, Farniente Ristorante pays delicious hommage to Italy's distinctive fare. High quality imported and local produce is the foundation of an aromatic menu accompanied by regional wines specially curated by the sommelier. Farniente Ristorante is open every Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 6pm until 09:30pm. Terrace dining available, reservations recommended. Dress code is resort casual.

Lagoon Restaurant

The Resort's signature fine dining restaurant is located overwater featuring spectacular sunset views over Mount Otemanu. Long glass panels run the lengths of the terrace and refined dining room to better view the black tip sharks swimming in the enclosed park underneath.

The cuisine is showcased in a menu both tempting and satisfying that reinvents noble products, elegantly marrying Eastern and Western flavors and textures amidst Pacific paradise. The sommelier's exquisite wine list adds to a delectable dining experience.

The Lagoon restaurant is open every Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.

Reservations recommended. Dress code is resort elegant.

Te-Pahu Restaurant

Accented by evocative Pahu drums, the Resort's Breakfast Restaurant is a contemporary reflection of Polynesian tradition, with an open sided architecture supported by sculpted columns, facing the white sanded beach and sparkling lagoon.

Te Pahu Restaurant is open daily for A La Carte Breakfast from 6:30am until 10:30am. Dress code is resort casual.

Polynesian Evening

The Pahu Restaurant and Aparima Bar join on Wednesday nights, setting the scene for the Resort's Polynesian Evening. The Hina cocktail at Aparima Bar, a mix of fresh coconut water and coconut puree with vanilla infused rum served in a coconut shell, is a must before the Tahitian themed buffet dinner at Te Pahu Restaurant.

The evening ends with the spellbinding traditional Tamure dance to the ancient beat of Toere drums. Wednesday nights only at Te Pahu Restaurant. Reservations recommended. Dress code is resort casual.
