From September, Brown’s is delighted to welcome Adam Byatt, to the hotel as its new Chef Director of Food & Beverage.

The homage to sixties London, The Donovan Bar serves expertly-mixed cocktails and a menu of snacks. Enjoy DJ Nights and live Jazz in intriguingly clandestine surroundings. Its namesake would expect nothing less.

Named in honour of British photographer Terence Donovan, the bar’s walls are lined with over 50 of his black and white prints. The extensive range of wines, champagnes and cocktails are all served with a twist of style. Order up our signature Donovan Martini and take a seat in the ‘naughty corner’ with Donovan’s more risqué pictures. Alternatively, sit beside the original 19th century stained glass window of St George in one of the coolest bars in London.

The Donovan Bar boasts a list of over 60 different cocktails, as well as wide selection of wines and Champagnes, many of which are offered by the glass.

Guests can also enjoy live jazz, which is performed Monday to Saturday from 9pm to midnight.
 

The Donovan Bar seats 60 people and is open Monday to Saturday from 11am to 1am and from 12 noon to midnight on Sunday.

The English Tea Room at Brown's serves one of the most famous afternoon teas in London and a selection of lighter meals throughout the day.
This award-winning Traditional Afternoon Tea consists of a choice of 17 teas, including Brown’s own blend, along with delicious finger sandwiches, an assortment of delicate pastries, fruit and plain scones with clotted cream and strawberry preserve, as well as freshly baked cakes from the trolley. A low calorie detox version of Afternoon Tea, or Tea-Tox, is also available.
