Luxury in simplicity is the motto of the chef, Christophe Gavot, who has been serving his authentic and refined Provencal cuisine for 15 years at Villa Gallici, which is a little like his second home. This Master Restaurateur appreciates the spirit of the restaurant, or rather « the dining room », a space that welcomes friends, regular customers and those who love the authentic flavors of Provence. He Also particularly enjoys working on the terrace when the weather permits.
His recipe for a successful dish can be summed up by « good produce, just the right garnish, marinade a must ». No unnecessary trimmings, just taste, his favorite seasonal produce such as mushrooms, truffles, Sisteron lamb, Mediterranean fish, Pertuis asparagus, local artichokes…
In tune with Villa Gallici, teh new Franco-Italian menu pays an elegant and interesting tribute to the best Italian dishes and French gastronomy.
