The Nickel
The Nickel is the newest edition to the city's thriving culinary scene. Led by a distinguished three-person chef team, the menu incorporates the highest quality ingredients from farmers, ranchers, distillers and craft producers, and is comprised of dishes that are easily recognizable and feel simple, but eat complex. To accompany the dining experience, guests can also enjoy the restaurant's Barrel Bar, which features one of the most extensive barrel-aged cocktail programs in the state.
Open for brunch, lunch and dinner, with breakfast being served in the neighboring Study lounge, The Nickel draws inspiration from the hotel's Rocky Mountain heritage. The restaurant's name pays homage to the building's original use as Denver's Tramway Building, when nickels were collected as passenger fare and stored in the Vault that still exists as private dining space for the restaurant today.
Open 7 days a week from: 11am-230pm and 5pm-10pm Sunday thru Thursday, 5pm-11pm Friday and Saturday.
