Celebrities Bar is often acknowledged as one of the most elegant venues in town. It boasts a sleek marble bar, lacquered table tops, and soft black leather and velvet lounge seating. The addition of a quaint outdoor chill-out lounge, sets the perfect mood for pre and post-dinner cocktails.

Dining Room & Library Lounge

The Dining Room offers an atrium setting in a comfortable environment. Featuring residential cuisine that is inspired by the guest and crafted from the richest ingredients. The Library Lounge complements The Dining Room and offers the ideal sanctuary for quiet reflection and pre or post mealtime beverages and for stylish afternoon tea conversations.

Eauzone

Bathed by the blue of the sky and sea, Eauzone is a place to contemplate the rhythm of ocean tides and the setting sun. Resting peacefully amidst palm trees, Eauzone features shaded wooden decks and floating ‘majlis’ that overlook Palm Island Bay and the translucent pool. The ambiance is casual by day and stylish after sunset. Once night transcends it evokes intimacy in a slick, refined restaurant complemented by Asian food with an international twist.

Nina

Nina is a colourful Indo-European dining venue. As guests descend the staircase and enter this funky, lively and colourful backdrop, the sense of discovery and adventure is alluring. Flickering candles, cascading beads and vibrant music set the scene for an evening with Nina, the ‘Mistress of Spice’. The food enlivens the palate, with strength of flavour and seductive aromas creating a journey of exploration that unfolds many culinary treasures.

Olives

Olives, for a taste of the Mediterranean. Its sky-blue ceiling adds a sense of drama to this refreshing all-day dining venue, with African slate floors, towering shrubbery and whitewashed stucco walls. Stained glass, wrought iron chandeliers and colourful crockery add vibrancy. Marble-topped tables and cane chairs give the bougainvillea-covered terrace overlooking the palm-shaded pool a Riviera coastal café feel.

Tagine

Tagine provides diners with a truly Moroccan dining venue. The experience begins as guests cross the low wooden threshold and enter the foyer, where trickling water and rose petals create a sublime mood. The furnishings, artifacts, Tadlekt hand-polished walls and the terracotta tiled floors have all been specially procured from the region creating an ambiance akin to an old home in Marrakech.

The Beach Bar & Grill by Mauro Colagreco

The Beach Bar & Grill by Mauro Colagreco is surrounded by lush gardens and golden sands, where swaying palm trees change with the mood of the sea breeze. By day, the mood is informal on the shaded wooden terrace and as the waves roll in, so do the impressive platters of freshly grilled seafood and light salads. By night “The Beach” dresses up. From the intimate courtyard to the extensive open deck, candles flicker and the warm glow of the night is abundant.

The Jetty Lounge

The Jetty Lounge is an elegant beachside lounge housed in chic Arabian architecture with contemporary interiors. Within a tranquil seaside setting, overlooking the pristine waters of Palm Island Bay, it provides the perfect setting to unwind in a stylish yet relaxed ambience with chill out and lounge music. Guests are invited to indulge in a wide selection of wine, champagne and cocktails, which are complemented by delectable and light tapas-style platters.

The Rooftop Lounge & Terrace

The Rooftop Lounge & Terrace is the resort’s charming outdoor evening venue, adding variety and Arabian character to the dining experience. As guests enter the lounge they encounter a circular bar, sparkling with activity, where they can watch all major sporting events in style and comfort. The mood is chill-out, a laid back atmosphere that continues as guests climb the stairs to languish around the glowing central dome under the stars.

The Rotisserie

The Rotisserie, a grand dining room, boasts an intimate courtyard terrace and open veranda overlooking the resort’s scented gardens and fountains. The distinctive show kitchen evokes a bygone era, with high vaulted ceilings, voluminous copper chimneys, enameled cast iron ovens and large wooden tables. Guests may interact with the chefs who will prepare the cuisine that is based on historical recipes from Europe and Arabia and presented with a contemporary approach.

The Samovar Lounge is splendidly opulent with impressive high ceilings that complement the grand gallery of the hotel lobby.
