The 179 oversized guest rooms of Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo, which occupies the nine uppermost floors of the Nihonbashi Mitsui Tower, reside within the 30th to 36th floors of the building. The luxurious exceptionally detailed, posh rooms and suites have been designed to exude harmony and serenity and set a contemporary mood that simultaneously reflects Japan’s timeless artisanship.

All guests are afforded spectacular, sweeping views from some of the largest guest rooms in Japan. East-facing rooms look out over the Sumida River, Tokyo Bay, Odaiba and TOKYO SKYTREE, the world’s highest free-standing broadcasting tower, while those facing west permit views of Ginza, Tokyo Station and the towering skyscrapers of Shinjuku. On clear days, the majestic, snow-capped Mount Fuji can be seen in the distance.

Our exquisitely designed Presidential Suite offers a beautiful residential aspect to its stunning design inspired by elements of nature. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout all spaces, capture an abundance of light, and command magnificent panoramic views over Tokyo.

The living room features several unique seating areas including a perfect spot to enjoy cocktails and a library room. The dining room features unique wall art of tree branches, captured with the sun shining through from one of Tokyo's parks. The bedroom ceiling creates a feeling of looking at the sky through the trees. This suite is a reference to nature, conjuring up a feeling of walking in the park. A connecting room with twin beds is available.

Oriental Suite

Located on the higher floors of the hotel, these elegant suites feature stunning contemporary Japanese design set against unparalleled views of the remarkable Tokyo skyline and the iconic Mount Fuji.

Lampshades inspired by Japanese Andon, made from washi paper, are placed in asymmetrical positions highlighting a beautiful Japanese aesthetic. The headboard artwork features an embroidery interpretation of Wisteria in full bloom. Connecting rooms are available for guests travelling with a family or in larger groups.

Mandarin Corner Suite
