All retreat guests will have a fully detailed itinerary that starts with an indoor BOLD cycle ride and a social to follow. Learn about women's health with expert Dr. Radhika Sharma, followed by an outdoor hike into nature with a vinyasa flow on our outdoor yoga platform. Then relax for the afternoon with a 50-minute Kohler Water Spa treatment of your choice, followed by a makeup demonstration to learn tips from experts at Jane Iredale.

Retreat guests will get an exclusive interactive chef-crafted mindful meal at our NEW Arts and Industry collective space. Sunday you will wake up with an interactive smoothie bowl demonstration on super foods to boost your health, get your fitness through Pilates on the Patio, followed by a brunch and farewell on our Sports Core outdoor deck. A weekend of transformation and connection.

Retreat package, starting at $1,519, per person, based on double occupancy, plus tax and resort fee, to be charged at the time of booking. This deposit may be charged to a major credit card or Advance cash deposits must be received within 10 days of making the reservation. Any reservation canceled within 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit.
