    PROS: Nice friendly staff. On-board entertainment. Comfortable room. Ports and shopping.

    CONS: 3-hour bus ride to Anchorage from Seward. Food. Morning room-service fees at Concierge level.

    PROS: Ship was clean, Captain was great, Room stewards did excellent job, excursion team did a good job, the excursions were very good, entertainment was good.

    CONS: The meals in the main dining room seemed to be lacking a little, not many choices on the entrees and desserts so the oceanview dining area had much better choices of food but the desserts were not very good. The excursion team on shore seemed to be more chaotic than it needed to be.
