Seajourn Excitement!

PROS: Clean, beautiful ship. Attentive staff, nice dining options.

CONS: They need to have more staff on hand. I felt that the same people were always following us to the different venues. Nice to always see the same people, but I felt a bit sorry for them trying to catch up.

RECOMMENDED: Yes

The ship was in great condition, all public areas looked nice and fresh. Staff were wonderful. Food was great.

I have been keeping up on Seabourn reviews and there had been a little negativity in the last year, so I was a little worried. Not necessary, as the ship was immaculate, and the staff were wonderful, although they could have used more hands on deck, so to speak. There were a few times when it was noticeable that they were a bit understaffed. But they were so friendly and eager to please that it made it easy to be patient upon occasion. The food was very good, although we had steak in the Colonnade one night and it was not the best. Thomas Keller was very good.

PROS: The Crew, The size of the ship, All Inclusive, and the ports.

CONS: The entertainment wasn't up to Seabourn Standards the first half the cruise.

World Cruise Second Segment 2020

March 2020 Singapore changed to Perth

PROS: best crew in the world. also excellent cuisine, activities for small ship, and accommodations

CONS: coronavirus

RECOMMENDED: Yes

A wonderful cruise diverted to 16 seadays due to Covid-19

True to Seabourn style, the ship, the crew, the cuisine and bars were all wonderful as we visited multiple African ports and islands. Mid cruise the covid caused reroute eliminated all the Asian ports and sent us to sea for 16 days to disembark 4 days prematurely in Australia instead of Singapore. Though not the trip anyone expected, the crew did such an incredible job of keeping up spirits and inventing activities that those 16 sea days were most enjoyable despite everyone scrambling with their arrangements to get back home when it was over.
