crystal Serenity to the Alaskan panhandle

July 2024 Skagway, Ketchikan and Wrangle. These destinations will be upgraded in the future.

PROS: beautiful ship, staff treat guests and each other as family, fabulous entertainment and food

CONS: ports of call were underwhelming, this was largely a ship-board experience

CONS: Should get 1 complimentary shore excursions at each port to make it truly inclusive

The best luxury cruise ship overall.

Overall fabulous cruise ship since the 2023 redesign. Food and service were both impeccable. The internet was very fast, no complaint there.

PROS: The Crew, The size of the ship, All Inclusive, and the ports. And of course the Food!

CONS: The entertainment wasn't up to Crystal Standards the first half the cruise. The lack of Towel Bars in some of the remodeled suites

Fabulous Ship, Wonderful Itinerary, Great Food and Outstanding Crew!

There is nothing like a World Cruise, especially on a Luxury Ship like the Crystal Serenity. The cruise was 141 days of pure bliss! Although the itinerary had to be changed because of the trouble in the Middle East, we took it in stride. The ship has been re-sized to accommodate only 740 passengers, but the public rooms remained unchanged. You never stood in a line! The crew was always going out of their way to anticipate your needs. The Officers were always very visible and available for a conversation.
