    June 2023 Prague to Budapest

    PROS: Very clean and comfortable ship. Very friendly staff. Excellent dining and lounge areas. Excellent food at all meals. Complete menu. Comfortable bed.

    CONS: Too much history on the optional excursions.

    PROS: Excellent service, great food. We loved the staff.

    CONS: The piano player they had every day was irritating to listen to. He played too many notes so the melody was almost impossible to pick out.

  3. Fantastic cruise and services with Ama Viola

    November 2021 Romantic Danube

    PROS: Ship was clean and well Maintained. Incredible guides for each city we visited, great onboard services, Amazing entertainment on board, all the staff were super friendly, remembered my name and preferences, and were quick to respond to any qestions.

    CONS: The only con, and this is very minor, is the coffee in the restaurant. Not so good. However, I just used the coffee machine by the lounge which was excellent!

    PROS: size of ship, meeting other passengers as only 136 sailed, the staff are friendly, helpful, humourous, food outstanding, excursions well designed

    CONS: perhaps taking some more free time but that's not Ama's problem.
