    PROS: Embankment was quick, staff always very helpful and pleasant.

    CONS: Wheelchair disrmbarkment is always confusing, we came down on time as told but didn’t know to sign in so many people before us kept getting taken first.

    PROS: open dining, great excursions, helpful staff, comfortable stateroom, interesting itinerary

    CONS: couldn't hear announcements in the room; $20/day/person service charge was not expected. Wifi was a hassel but the man in the internet cafe was really great
