  1. Overall Great but there are some things they should be better at

    PROS: The staff, entertainment and activities on board were wonderful.

    CONS: Their management of the excursions was not good. It stunned us that they were so bad at this given that that's such a large part of what they do.

    CONS: We do not usually partake in the entertainment offered so we have no comments on that.

    PROS: Newly remodeled rooms, comfortable beds, smaller size ship, attentive room stewards.

    CONS: No Retreat pool, with the exception of Murano and the Chef’s table most food was just ok.
