You have a full day to get out into one of America's best national parks. This morning, choose an optional excursion from the Tour Desk or just relax at the lodge. This afternoon, take a Natural History Tour into Denali National Park watching for glimpses of Denali and Denali's "Big Five,” moose, bears, caribou, Dall sheep and wolves.
This morning journey by motorcoach to the "Golden Heart City" of Fairbanks. The remainder of the day is yours to explore the area.
A full day in Fairbanks gives you time to get a feel for the unique culture and history of the region. You will take a cruise on an authentic Sternwheeler Riverboat down the Chena River then enjoy a Gold Dredge 8 tour with the chance to pan for your own gold. A hearty miner's lunch is included. The evening is at leisure.
Fly to Seattle and overnight at the Crowne Plaza Sea-Tac Airport.
Transfer to the airport and fly home (on own).
